Freight Administrator – Saskatoon

Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. ( is recognized as a provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, and Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery. Our facilities in Regina & Saskatoon coordinate all the courier work in Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a Freight Administrator to coordinate & organize our small parcel courier freight, and communicate with our clients & drivers regarding lost or damaged freight, returns, claims, address issues etc.

This is a permanent full time role from Monday to Friday. Shifts may vary due to operational needs


  • Use handheld scanners to identify. sort, and organize inbound freight.
  • Assist drivers with identifying, labelling, and sorting outbound freight as needed.
  • Communicate with clients and delivery recipients with issues as needed.
  • Process freight damages, return & claims.
  • Hand bomb freight as necessary.
  • Use warehouse tools such as manual or power forklifts, hand dollies, conveyor roller.


  • Accuracy and attention to detail in job tasks.
  • Ability to follow processes.
  • Ability to efficiently work to meet established timelines.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to notify supervisor of escalated issues.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs without assistance.
  • Adherence to internal company policies and health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Warehouse experience is an asset.
  • Power Forklift certification is an asset.
  • Experience with handheld scanners is an asset.
