Frontier's Cross Border Process​

Have your parcels prepaid via a courier of your choice to our centrally located shipping location in Chicago Illinois:

When the shipments arrive in Itasca, the package’s tracking data is then entered into our tracking program. This program provides visibility on our website.

Choose the cross border service that's right for you:

Have your LTL or single parcel, shipped directly to Canada on our daily trucks. 

Choose to consolidate your cross border packages and send it to Canada as one shipment.

4.

Your shipment is then transported overnight from Itasca to one of our Canadian induction centres (Winnipeg, MB & Toronto, ON). From here, the product will be then shipped directly to the Canadian receiver.
