Visit Frontier CourierAre You a U.S. Company Looking to Expand to Canada?
40+ million Canadian consumers want American products. USMCA trade agreements and Frontier's integrated customs solutions make cross-border expansion easier than you think.
Is Your USMCA Certificate Actually Defensible?
Many U.S. companies assume their goods qualify for duty-free USMCA treatment, but origin rules, Chinese components, supplier documentation, and classification errors can create major exposure during a CBP or CBSA review.
We Verify Your Origin Claims Before Customs Does.
Frontier helps U.S. exporters, importers, and manufacturers review USMCA eligibility, validate supplier documentation, and identify compliance gaps before they become duty costs, penalties, or shipment delays.
USMCA Certificate Review
Review certificates of origin, supporting documentation, tariff classification, and claim structure to confirm whether the duty-free treatment is properly supported.
China Component Analysis
Trace offshore inputs and supplier details to determine whether components create origin risk or weaken the North American qualification claim.
Compliance Gap Report
Identify missing records, unsupported assumptions, and areas where documentation should be corrected before a customs review or audit request.
Canadian Importers: CARM Is Now Mandatory
The CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) system became the official platform for managing import duties, taxes, and accounting on October 21, 2024. All Canadian importers must now operate through the CARM Client Portal to maintain compliance and continue importing into Canada.
Frontier Helps You Stay Compliant Under CARM
CARM is not a one-time setup. It changes how importers interact with CBSA, manage financial obligations, and authorize customs brokers. Frontier's Canadian Customs Brokerage team helps importers understand the setup steps, delegation requirements, and ongoing compliance considerations.
